A couple of settings and Looply can find the shelf you're standing at.
Open Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Location Services, and make sure Location Services is switched on.
Scroll down to Safari Websites (or your browser app) and set it to "Ask Next Time" or "Allow".
Back in Looply, tap the location button again -- Safari will prompt you to allow access this time.
